DopeLondon
DopeLondon is a witty, raw, and unfiltered storyteller born Sierra Kincaid in Wichita, Kansas, by way of Paducah, Kentucky.
She first discovered her passion for writing at the early age of nine, inspired by her 3rd grade English teacher, Mrs. Atkinson, whose uplifting words of encouragement regarding one of Sierra's essays left a lasting impact.
Throughout her school years, she developed a deep affinity for the art of rhyme and wordplay while studying Honors English and immersing herself in reading and writing poetry. Eventually, her poems became verses, her verses became songs, and those songs began to chronicle the pains, struggles, and triumphs of womanhood—becoming the soundtrack to her existence.
Along her professional journey, DopeLondon has added several notable accomplishments to her résumé. She was nominated for Best Female Artist at the Kentucky Urban Entertainment Awards, where she also delivered a standout performance. She has shared stages with and opened for major acts such as Rick Ross, Key Glock, and more.
At just 19 years old, she recorded her first mixtape, Dope Season, followed four years later by her second studio offering, Dope Season Volume 2 EP. The project featured her first radio single, "Big Dot!"—a lighthearted lyrical exercise that boldly proclaims DopeLondon as the Big Dot in any circle, while her competitors remain mere squares watching from the corner.
In 2018, she experienced a mini viral moment after posting a vicious freestyle, borrowing some of 2Pac's most iconic one liners in her rendition of the infamous battle athem, "Get Money." The spicy performance showcased her razor sharp pen, commanding delivery, and undeniable authenticity.
After a brief hiatus from the music, DopeLondon has returned with a renewed sense of purpose and a new team behind her. She is currently preparing to release a series of singles from her highly anticipated debut solo LP (currently untitled), with a promotional tour set to follow.
